Didn’t Receive Your Password Reset Email? Here’s What to Do

If you’ve requested a password reset for your Taplive account but haven’t received the email, don’t worry—this can happen for a few common reasons. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Emails from Taplive may sometimes be filtered as spam, especially if it’s your first time receiving an email from us. Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder in your email account. If you find the email there, mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future messages go to your inbox.

2. Secure Email Filters (Yahoo and Hotmail Users)

If you’re using email providers like Yahoo or Hotmail, please be aware that their spam filters can be quite strict. Even legitimate emails may end up in the spam folder due to their enhanced security settings. Make sure to double-check these folders.

3. Add Taplive to Your Safe Senders List

To prevent this issue from happening again, add support@taplive.me to your email account’s safe senders or contacts list. This will help ensure that future emails go directly to your inbox.

4. Request a New Password Reset Email

If you still don’t see the password reset email, try requesting a new one. Be sure to wait a few minutes between requests to avoid email delays.

5. Contact Support if the Issue Persists

If you’ve checked your spam folder and still haven’t received the email after multiple attempts, please open a support ticket, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

We hope this helps you get back into your account quickly!
