How to Book, Reschedule, or Cancel a Session
All training is managed through your GymDesk member portal.
Booking
- Your weekly session is assigned and reserved automatically.
- If we open optional additional sessions, you’ll receive a link to register.
Rescheduling
If you need to switch sessions:
- Log into GymDesk
- Select your booked session
- Choose Reschedule if another slot is available
OR
- Submit a support request for assistance
Cancellations
If you cannot attend:
- You may cancel through GymDesk
- Missed sessions do not roll over or credit to future weeks
This keeps our training groups balanced and ensures consistent progression.
