What Is the Performance Training Program?

Performance Training is designed for middle and high school athletes who want to build strength, speed, mobility, and explosiveness specific to basketball.

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • Strength development
  • Explosive movement training
  • Footwork and balance
  • Mobility
  • Conditioning
  • Injury-prevention work

This program complements skill training and prepares athletes for the demands of competitive play.
