What You’ll Learn in the Support Ticket Help Docs

Support tickets are the best option for complex or account-specific issues that may require backend support, additional review, or multiple steps to resolve. Tickets are organized, easy to follow, and perfect when your question needs more than a quick reply.

Where to Find the Support Ticket Option

You can access the support ticket form in two easy ways:

🔹 Option 1: From Your Profile Menu

  • Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the platform.
  • From the dropdown list, click Support Desk.
  • Once the Support Desk loads, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit Support Ticket.

🔹 Option 2: From the Help Docs Button

  • On your Ox Gold dashboard, click the Help Docs button (a question mark icon) at the bottom-left corner of the left-hand menu.
  • This opens the Ox Gold Help Center in a new tab.
  • Scroll down and select the Submit a Support Ticket option at the bottom of the page.

How to Fill Out Your Ticket

  • Provide a clear subject line (e.g., “Automations not triggering” or “Billing error”).
  • Include details like contact names, affected tools (e.g., Pipelines, Forms), screenshots, or links.
  • Choose the right category so we can route your request to the right team.

Track and Manage Tickets

Once submitted, you’ll receive updates via email and inside the Help Center. You can:

  • View all past and current tickets
  • Add follow-up comments
  • Check resolution status

⚠️ Watch Out: Be as detailed as possible when submitting—vague or incomplete info may delay resolution time.
