Where to Manage Billing & Subscriptions in Ox Gold

Keeping your billing information up to date is important for uninterrupted access to your Ox Gold system. Whether you need to update a payment method, view past invoices, or check your subscription details, all of that is handled in the Billing section of your account.

Where to Find Billing & Subscription Settings

  • Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the platform.
  • From the dropdown menu, click “My Account.”
  • Once inside, select the “Billing” tab.

What You Can Do in Billing

✔ Update your credit card or payment method

✔ View past and upcoming invoices

✔ Check your current plan and renewal date

✔ Make changes to your subscription, if available
