If you run into a problem or have a question that can’t be answered through chat, FAQs, or the help docs, you can submit a support request (also known as a support ticket). This sends your issue directly to the Ox Gold support team, who will review it and follow up with you personally.
This is the best option for technical issues, billing concerns, account questions, or anything that needs individual attention.
How to Submit a Support Request
There are three ways to access the Support Desk and submit a ticket:
✅ Option 1: From Your Profile Picture
- In the top-right corner of the platform, click your profile picture.
- A dropdown menu will appear.
- Scroll down through the menu options.
- Click on “Help Desk”.
- This will take you to the Ox Gold support desk page.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of that page to find the support ticket form.
- Fill out the form with your issue and click submit.
✅ Option 2: From the Menu Panel Help Docs Button
- Look at the bottom of the menu panel on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Click the “Help Docs” button.
- This will open the Ox Gold Help Center in a new window or tab.
- Inside the Help Center, look for the option that says “Submit a Support Ticket.”
- Click that option.
- Once on the ticket page, scroll to the very bottom to find the support request form.
- Fill out the form with all relevant details and submit it.
✅ Option 3: Use the Direct Link
If you prefer to go straight to the support desk, use this direct link:

What to Include in Your Support Request
When filling out the form, include as much information as possible to help us resolve your issue quickly:
- A clear description of the problem or question
- Any steps you've already tried
- Screenshots or examples (if available)
- The area of the system you're referring to (e.g., Automations, Calendar, Payments)
